BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! Me and my husband came into this store looking for a nice and REAL engagement ring. We advised the seller that I am allergic to anything that is not real anything containing silver or nickel and that we are looking to buy something that is real gold not FAKE! The owner then reassures us that it is real so we purchased it. We wanted to double check that it was real and we took it to get tested well to our surprise the ring came back completely fake! It was made of silver and all of the diamonds on the the ring were fake!!! We had never purchased a ring before so this was not something we can spot ourselves. The person who checked the ring told us since he has experience in rings and jewelry that he was able to spot it right away that it was fake! The owner also knew that we came from very far over 2 hour travel and he made us waste our time. He was also very inconsiderate considering that we mentioned to him numerous times that I am allergic to anything that is not real jewelry. This man will do anything to sell something fake and convince you that it is real! He then told my husband that he had no idea that it was fake and that he would ask someone to bring him the real one... lies! He knew exactly what he was doing and no wonder why the warranty on the ring was soo “perfect” of course it would be soo easy to replace a broken or damaged fake diamond! This man is a fraud and has no regards for anyone’s money. My husband then spoke to him for a refund and he agreed to give him one (because clearly he knew he had tricked us and lied) even adding 14k GOLD onto our receipt. LIES! When my husband gets there he still has the nerve to argue with him back and forth about the refund after he agreed to give him one and tried to convince him to exchange it for yet again another FAKE RING! Please do not go to this store if I can rate it zero stars I...

When my husband proposed to me it was before knowing I was pregnant, after a few months into my pregnancy my ring didn't fit, I felt completely devastated. My husband obviously felt for me so he called the store to see how much they'll charge to resize; to our surprise, since we purchased the ring at the store the Owner stated once again (in which my husband forgot) we had lifetime warranty and could resize free without a problem.. I'm not sure if it was a one time resize but to my luck I don't have to resize again or at least not yet :) I'll give Danielle's Fine Jewelry more than 5 stars they're truly the BEST at customer service and the Owner is such a sweetheart.. And for the ring, its such great quality, diamonds and all, I'm totally in Love all over with my ring, Thank...

They charged me $20 to change my G-Shock battery but didn't warn me that they don't have the technology to water seal it. Next thing I know waters getting into the watch, and the guy is telling me that there is no such thing as a truly waterproof watch. Meanwhile i went scuba diving with this watch no problem. Then he tells me that if you open it its impossible to close, its my fault cuz i pressed the button whatever whatever. Finally I take it to the G-shock store and they seal it fully. Now its all good. Turns out you need a special machine to waterproof it. Store owners should have forewarned me that they didn't have the capability to open and waterseal this type of watch before they took my money. This type of business...
