I had a truly wonderful experience at DDC, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Daphne Teng. She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Their deep understanding of the customer's needs made the entire process both smooth and enjoyable.

What stood out most was their genuine care — she helped me get a replacement part at a discount and was able get a replacement of a damaged item (broken glass during transit) all within 24h span. Their professionalism, combined with a warm and approachable manner, made me feel confident and valued as a customer.

he management, Staff, furniture rep. and vendors are unprofessional and dishonest. Jennifer K who dealt with our case was rude and lied . We spend over $25,000 and had no follow up in status of merchandise and it took double the lead time. The furniture arrived damaged and they did NOT take responsibility. They are supposed to be the advocate for their customers and provide service however that is sadly not the case. They will take your money and don't deliver on service and goods.
