I ordered from Denim Tears nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my package. I’ve sent multiple emails, checked their shipping policy (which they’ve clearly violated), and even tried to expedite delivery since I have package protection—but nothing. The customer service is terrible. Emails take forever to get a response, and when they do reply, it’s clearly AI-generated with no real help.

This brand seriously needs to fix their communication and shipping process. 0/10 experience — I’ll never shop here again, and I strongly recommend others don’t either. Customer service team is horrible. Since 10/5, I was to receive the delivery to short I ordered 10/1. UPS kept saying they would deliver the next following day, until the system stopped on 10/8. PayPal reached out, Denim Tears did not answer. I sent them the UPS tracking info, still no answer. Denim Tears did nothing. They didn’t initiate a claim or investigation with UPS, AS THE SHIPPER WITH THE SHIPPER’S ACCOUNT. UPS has already marked the package as lost and now Denim Tears is refusing to issue me my refund. I purchased two hoodies from this company and unfortunately the sizes were wrong. When I go to the website they tell me final sale that it cannot be exchange and I reach out to them and then they tell me that they able to you know accommodate me and then they tell me they can. Their customer service is terrible to not purchase anything from them. They are the worst I will never ever purchase anything from them ever again.
