App was easy to use Location was convenient The process at the location was easy and smooth too This is a great service! One minor thing would be that my suitcase was left pretty exposed area in the store. Although it was locked I wish the store would have kept it behind a cashier counter or some place that regular store customers can’t access It was left in front of staircase Though it was about 10ft from cashier, there was no one right at the cashier, and store staffs were behind the end of counter. This means if someone grab the bag and run it would have been very difficult for store staffs to come out of the counter and catch the person. It’s in NYC. Tourists who leave suitcase wouldn’t feel comfortable to see that visibility and accessibility when they leave the luggage to unknown place like small...

This luggage location was easy to find and use. The workers were nice and allowed us to take our time sorting our bags (we wanted to make some of our backpacks lighter so we were moving some items around). I felt safe in the store and I did feel like our luggage would be protected. The process was really easy, they scanned the QR code, put my name with the amount of bags we had on stickers and then on each bag, and then gave me a slip so I could claim the bags at the end of the time. Super quick , super lovely staff. Dropped my bag in prep for a run round Central Park, more than happy to let me sort my stuff out, change my runnning shoes etc.... even better its a mini food market with fresh prep diner style Chinese food, all was amazing and brilliant price (believe me , its hard to find good food in new york that isn't a restaurant , bland , over priced and too big!!) So... this place is brilliant for a bag drop, a food fill up and a coffee .. Will use them again...
