Don't believe the glowing reviews!!! Nobody picks up the phone, and the doctor is never there. The voice box is full as well, and they don't call back. I gave them 2 chances because the location was convenient, but had to cancel 2 times.

The first time, the doctor wasn't there for some weird reason, and they told me to cancel. Btw, the receptionists barely speak any English. Dealing with them will be quite a pain if you don't speak fluent Spanish and can communicate with them in their native language.

The second time, I called to confirm the appointment many times but was unable to reach them and didn't receive any calls from them either.

I had visited Dr. Terentii's office initially for a eye exam. She took her time and I felt that it was important for her to get my prescription done properly and to understand the real situation with my eyes. I suffer from dry eye and signed up for dry eyes treatment using their new FDA approved machine and had 2 sessions already. Felt better right after the first in my eyes.
