Absolutely horrible. Not only was I rushed throughout the whole process, they talked about me in front of my face. If you're going to talk about the customer, make sure the customer doesn't understand you. Jojo and Sandy were speaking about me in mandarin and in Fuzhounese. They started off by complaining how I wanted both uv gel extension and pedicure. Mind you, the receptionist told me to come in at 6pm if I wanted both. I came in early for my 6pm appointment too and if that was an issue then you should have informed me. As the process went on, Jojo complained about how I wanted the gap between my real nail and tip filled. Are you kidding me? The tip should be glued onto my nail correctly. I shouldn't have to tell you to do it when you can clearly see it not attached. Regardless, you complained about how I was being annoying and how you had to fill it in when Sandy asked you if you were almost done, so she can finally start. My nails still came out messy and you shaved way too much of my real nail. There's a bubble and what kind of shaping is this (see photos). Jojo was also bragging about my nail request was "easy to do" in Fuzhounese. Guess it's easy when you're doing a messy job. My pedicure was the fastest pedicure I've ever had, barely did any of the steps correctly. The nails weren't dry and they kicked me out. Now to end this saga, they were discussing how they didn't receive a tip yet. They were discussing this while I was in the midst of my pedicure. Now I have been nothing, but respectful and said my please & thank you every step of the way. I bit my tongue throughout the process. I still gave you two tip. But to see your faces when I said thank you in Fuzhounese was priceless. Great to see your heart fall down to your bootyhole and I really hope it makes the owner reevaluate who they are hiring. People take this as a warning and avoid this place at all cost. Do better Jojo and Sandy, you give a bad rep to all technicians that work hard. Oh, whoever Jessica is at the store and you weren't here. They talked a lot about you and said you have a big face, so be careful who you trust at work.

I wanted to give Dream Bell Nails five stars SO bad! Upon entry I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I went in for a regular manicure. I had a broken nail so I asked them to add a tip (extended nail). Typically I just get acrylic but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they don’t offer acrylic— instead a healthier alternative, UV gel. The UV gel tip was natural and seamless. Very clean facility. All the products are clearly labeled (customer transparency), which I value. Furthermore, I highly appreciated the hospitality from management (Q), who offered me water or tea. The soothing spa music was at the perfect volume to appeal the ambiance. They even have a membership loyalty program— where every $300 spent at Dream Bell is $10 in-salon credit. Not to mention, I was excited to find my favorite candies in a bowl by the drying station. HOWEVER, I have been getting the color (nail polish) “Sugar Daddy” by Essie for two years. For some reason— (rushed and uneven application of the polish applied to the naked nail without a base), my polish got ruined immediately after leaving the salon. Luckily, I was 5 minutes away but it was still disappointing. Long story short, in total I went back TWICE to have smeared/damaged polish reapplied (free of charge, but not free of my time). This was annoying and became even more frustrating when the nail technicians, as a collective, kept suggesting I switch to gel polish. Mind you, I’ve been getting this REGULAR polish (same exact color) for TWO years. Initially, this was honestly the first time I found myself actually looking forward to my next nail appointment. The end result, or as I would like refer to as “the final inning” was not a touch down. Again, everything else was excellent and I wanted to give them 5 stars— but having to come back twice was nonnegotiable. Nonetheless, I will be back only because I have faith they’ll get it right the next time around!

Yea I'm not coming back here. My 2 friends and I got regular pedicures (appointment made). I had mine with Anna and she was so busy talking to the other techs, she was not paying attention to the pedicure at all. Honestly, 3-4 employees talking to each other loudly and not paying attention to their customers is unprofessional. During the duration of my pedicure, she stopped numerous times to talk to other techs while laughing and even got up a few times mid pedicure to write some notes, get a fan for herself or to wipe some stuff off her pants. After she goes to get the hot towel and it's cold. I tell her "the towel is cold" and she laughs and says "yea they just put it in now." She knew but still proceeded to continue using the cold towel. Towards the end of my pedicure, she asked me if I was Korean to see if I understood her language. Then she proceeded to whisper to her other coworker and I realized she was talking about me when her coworker looked up at me right after. My friends finished first, received their back massages and were drying, waiting for me. But, my tech grabbed the next customer and moved on. I don't care for the massage but it's the principle. My friend complained for me and the receptionist was going over to the tech to tell her. I stopped the receptionist and I said forget it. But she ended up going over and sending Anna over while the receptionist took over the customer's nails. I was already pretty annoyed and didn't want her touching me. I gave her the tip which I knew I was giving more than I should have. But nope, not coming back. Lesson learned.

Ughh this is so unfortunate because this place had some potential. My friend recommend this place to me since my long time tech moved out of state. No this was my main tech for designs I had other places for regular service. I went to give them a try. I booked my appointment with Sara since I was told she was the best in designs. I recieved a call saying she's not available at all to do my nails and do I mind trying someone else I said as long as they are good no problem. I got there and the place was nicely kept. I was sat down for my gel pedicure and I told the woman the shape I wanted square but with round corners so it can grow natural. I also added callus remover. Towards the end I had to remind her to round the edges she lazily curved the sides. I was frustrated and noticed after she painted that the small toes lines just looked slanted and big toes she didn't get the sides. She asked if I like it and I said no, politely since I didn't want to make a scene. She asked why i pointed the obvious issues she they proceeded to tell me my small toes are slanted. I stopped ✋️ her and said no this was a poor job of filling. I said what's done is done let's move on. I was taken to my seat and Sara was available to do my hands. I was so frustrated but tried to shake it off even Sara at some point said for me to relax with my hands because my mind was still on the first experience. Sara was polite not very social didn't really speak to me but was fine because she looked focus. We settled on my design and she got to work. I got uv gel with new set. After everything I was taken to pay. I saw the prices online, in person so I knew to expect to pay $154 for the entire service. But to my suprise my bill had a design fee of $45 that was not mentioned to me. My bill was $206. I was beyond upset at the sneaky practice that for the first time i left with not leaving a tip. I told my friend and she was shocked said they NEVER charged her design fees and she would get the same as me and even more on the designs. I knew then I was targeted to get bad service and for them to cover their tip be charged a bogus $45 design fee....
