Time to update my review. Bobby has been doing my hair for 17 years. He is beyond amazing. Two stories:

My best friend arrived in town, her hair was a mess. I called Bobby and got her an appointment; my friend called once Bobby had finished her hair. We agreed to meet on the street corner; once there I heard my name called but did not see who was calling. Then I saw Nancy. She was beautiful. She had been a teen model and she looked ready to stroll the catwalk again! My sister’s 17 year old daughter arrived in town with hair hard to described, her roots, chestnut brown were 4 ½” grown out, from there blond hair with orange strands for the next 4” ,then, henna red tips. True mess of a mess. I hoped Bobby wouldn’t end our friendship over something like this, I sent a nightmare of a “hair-not” Well, big surprise yet no surprise at all. The 17 year old girl that looked ready for re-hab looked like she was ready for the Red Carpet!! She was beautiful. Her hair was cut, styled and feathered to look elegant and hip. He truly made a masterpiece from the worst...

I'm a flight attendant and on a recent lay over in New York I went to E&N Hair Salon where I met Gary, the only person I will ever let cut my hair again. Unlike most hair cutters who make it clear that their main objective is to finish and get their money Gary sat down with me for fifteen minutes and listened to intently as I described the problem I've been having getting my hair cut the way I want it to be cut. I could tell he really wanted to cut my hair the way that I have been trying to get it cut. He very carefully walked me trough the whole cut explaining what he was doing every step of the way. I couldn't believe it when he was finished, I finally had my cut the way I wanted it. Thank you Gary for your patience, professionalism and understanding, this is one very happy flight...

E & N Salon is an awesome midtown hair spot! Maritza is great! She always does a great job with my color - this time just highlights, but in the past, highlights and low lights - very precise and neat with perfect, tiny sections and natural looking results. The prices are reasonable for the tri-state area, and pretty well priced for Manhattan. Maritza works with my schedule to get me in on short notice. This salon is clean, bright, and the team working is professional. I will keep going to Martiza. Highly recommended for a nice cut and...
