I’ve been living in NYC my adult life, and of all the real estate firms that I’ve dealt with, none have been as kind, professional, responsive and considerate as Bibi from Essential. Her outstanding work ethic and performance is what motivated me to write this review.

Just imagine, I met Bibi for a tour of an apartment which I loved. Wood burning fireplace, 1 bedroom, great location. One of a kind, really. As soon as I said I liked it, she offered to bring me to her office downstairs, took my ID and gave me an application. I filled out right at her desk, was approved within the hour and signed the lease the very next day. She was so patient walking me thru every step of the way.

Thank you Bibi and Essential for making what is always a long, drawn out and stressful experience such a pleasure!! Keep up...
