This was 11/12 around 1 ish the black guy with the bald head was very snappy. I came to pick up my order he told me it was sent to another store I smacked my teeth yes because there was no notification, I can all the way from Bronx but ok cool what were you going to say. He must’ve been triggered by that I asked him several times to continue to say what he was going today went silent stared at me and said he don’t argue he went and got his manager.!!!! So simply she said your order was sent down the block to the other store because the color did not look good. She wrote the address down and I gladly went to pick up my order. This place is the worst to go if your a black person. I went in there and the first fedex person was very nice and explained how to retrieve my code and print. When I was in the process this white lady walks in and want to print something. The second fedex employee says to me, are you printing? I said yes waiting for a code which take literally 30 seconds. Her response was oh this lady just needs to print one page. So I said ok go ahead I guess I’m not that important. Now here is the kicker. The white lady says and I have multiple pages to print. I actually had an amazing experience yesterday working with an associate named Simon. He was so attentive, and he helped me open the documents and make sure they loaded properly before taking the print order. Even when there was a line of people after me, he remained calm and dedicated to the task. This is so unlike my normal experience at FedEx Kinko’s. In the morning, when I came to pick up, the sales associate whose name I didn’t get was rude and mean-spirited, which is my normal experience at FedEx Kinko’s.
