I wandered into a culinary disaster masquerading as a breakfast joint /cafe, where the burrito I encountered was a travesty—a gelatinous, tasteless lump masquerading as scrambled eggs. The so-called red and green sauces were an exercise in futility, offering no more flavor than a glass of tap water. The place was a claustrophobic nightmare, with barely enough room to breathe, let alone enjoy a meal. The staff, seemingly bewildered by the concept of service, left me waiting in a state of existential dread. No detailed menu in sight, no guidance, just a Kafkaesque ordeal of asking what each unknown option entailed. And the smoothie—good God, the smoothie—was a thick, unyielding sludge that defied the laws of physics, refusing to pass through the straw. This establishment, a monument to culinary ineptitude, seems to operate in a parallel universe where flavor and customer satisfaction are mere myths. Strawberry matcha is very good, balanced and not too sweet but I was not asked if I want an iced version of it and it wasn’t written on the menu that it comes iced by default. A little bit weird… And that plastic again… will we start drinking cold beverages from the glass? Do you wanna know how much I waited for my pasta? 40 minutes!!!! With super dry chicken and pasta with almost zero pesto taste, just greenish cream. Arrived at 12noon, trying to order the egg sandwich and was informed about 30-40min waiting time as 3 to 4 orders were in hand. So I patiently waited with an Americano. By 1230, I approached the counter again, and told to wait by another staff for ANOTHER 30min since the batter was just finished. They apologized for miscommunication. Having time to waste today, I speechlessly sat back down with my unfinished coffee. By 1250, I went the third time just in case the batter was emptied again, I could finally order my sandwich. Another 20min went by, I then received my most long-waiter egg sandwich, which I looked forward at first to merely eating to fill my stomach after an hour+10min wait.
