The gentleman at the counter ( melivn) who served me was extremely rude. I walked in and greeted everyone and wished everyone a happy Friday and proceeded to ask questions about the material that I needed to complete my job. I felt that the customer Service was rude and rather condescending. When i ask questions about the different types of material they have. I'll also ask questions on the price of the material when everything was rung up. The price did not make sense to me, and I asked the customer service person, and he responded, " it doesn't make sense to me either! the price is the price you want it or not" . I did not feel like he were trying to help me whatsoever. I reluctantly decided to purchase the material despite the rude customer service I have been given. When I was paying for the material, I used it kiosk and signed my name and accepted it.. Melvin, Then told me that I should not have signed before. He told me to sign and that I needed to sign again. I was drawn off by his tone and attitude so I want to pay once more and he again accosted me and said no just sign.. At that point I have had enough of the attitude and I asked him why he was giving. Me? Such a much Attitude? We went back-and-forth for a few seconds. Then I decided that I was so disgusted by the experience. I no longer wanted the material and I walked out even though I knew I needed it. I check my bank account and it was already charged so the only reason why I had to return is because I already paid for it. I don't understand how a simple transaction turned to something so hostile . I have never felt before that I was bothering anyone when I was just trying to make a purchase.. I have to note when I walked in the phone was ringing and Melvin before speaking to me did say out loud ,Why is everyone calling when I'm not going to pick up? I don't want to speak to anyone, so off of the 1st impression. It seemed to me he was already aggravated.. I'm given 2 stars because I did get the material that. I meet but it was not for the price that was quoted before it was wrong up . The customer service was really bad, and I debating every going back or recommending my company to utilize...
