I’ve been coming to Dina monthly since June 2023… and I don’t think I can stop. What started off as “birthday nails” and being afraid of colors turned into my natural nails growing out and never being healthier and a collaborative art project known as my nails with Dina. I look forward to my nail appointments, love that she can do so much and is always trying new things, and I love that my nails are a walking advertisement for her work. On top of great work, her customer service is unmatched. Want to talk? Great. Want to nap? Sure. Want to zone out to music? On it. I have been going to Dina for almost 2 years and she does an amazing job everytime! I always get intricate complex designs and I’m very particular about my nails. She gets my shape right and she is very neat with her work! She’s very patient and we always talk about designs and she puts her own spin on them which makes my nails unique. I always get compliments at work! My nails have been healthy and retain their length ! Oh and let me say this, I get my nails done tomorrow 10/16 and I haven’t been to her in 4-5 weeks. False advertising. The website says they can do 3D and intricate designs but they can't. My time was wasted and my appointment was cancelled last min. There should be a function where you can send photos of what you want upfront so I don't wait weeks for an appointment only to be disappointed.

Edit: I asked for an explanation by text about why the design I wanted couldn't be done. I was not responded to until I left this review. Now I was given an explanation that I wasn't given before. I wasn't given time to give a design that could work either. My appointment was just cancelled swiftly. Very interesting customer...
