This past weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting New York City to celebrate my birthday, and I made a point to stop by my favorite place—Mr. Giorgio Armani’s store on Madison Avenue. As a longtime admirer of his work, I can’t express how thrilled I am to see this flagship store making such a stunning impact on this iconic street. The design and ambiance of the store are simply exquisite, truly reflecting the elegance and artistry that Mr. Armani is renowned for.
During this visit, I had the fortune of being assisted by an exceptional salesperson named Jessica. From the moment I walked in, she impressed me with her genuine kindness and outstanding professionalism. Not only did she offer insightful recommendations with a smile, but her delightful sense of humor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s rare to encounter someone who balances professionalism with such a friendly demeanor, and Jessica certainly made my shopping experience memorable.
As a devoted fan of everything Armani—especially the culinary delights at Armani Ristorante—I must highlight that this store, particularly Armani Casa, is one of my favorite destinations. The aesthetic, the quality, and the sheer luxury of the products resonate deeply with me.
Thank you, Jessica, for going above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels valued and cherished. Your dedication to excellence is truly a testament to the spirit of the Armani brand. And of course, a special shout-out to the one and only Mr. Giorgio Armani—the GOAT of...
Read moreI’ve been to this location before and the first time I was helped by a guy named Luigi, which went fine. But this recent experience was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order over the phone using two different credit cards, and somehow they couldn’t figure out how to process it. That alone shows a lack of professionalism and competence.
The woman I spoke with was unbelievably rude. She came off like a spoiled brat with zero customer service skills. Instead of helping me solve the issue, she gave me attitude, spoke to me with disrespect, and then when I asked to speak to the manager, she actually hung up the phone on me. Who does that? That’s not only unprofessional — it’s straight-up childish.
This place clearly has no respect for their customers, no training, and no clue how to run a business. They waste your time, treat you poorly, and act like they’re doing you a favor just for answering the phone. If this is how they handle orders, I wouldn’t trust them with anything important.
Save yourself the headache — there are plenty of other places in New York City that actually value their customers and know how to act professionally. Gio Armani is definitely not...
Read moreUnless you are willing to be screened and embarrassed, at the front door, do not go to this story. I would rate the story below 1 star if it was an option. I visited the store with my husband, wearing my best pearl necklace, diamond ring, and gold earrings. We were shopping for a mother-of-the-bride pantsuit that I could also wear to a wedding in Florence, Italy. I don't regularly shop there, but this was a special occasion. An arrogant gentleman met us at the door, and I showed him the pantsuit I saw in the window. He asked me my size in the lobby, did not allow me to follow him to the upper floors, and then brought down just the jacket. I felt humiliated, shocked, and outraged all at once. I told him off and will go back to Saks or Barneys designer departments where the sales staff treated me like...
