GNC — Local services in New York

The store's opening hours were stated as 6 AM to 8 PM, but when I arrived, there was a sign on the door informing customers that they would return at 1 PM. However, they did not come back until 4:09 PM. The gentleman who eventually showed up did not have a uniform or name tag, which was concerning. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint about the situation. The store clerk I spoke with was not very helpful, and did not seem to know the difference between pre-workout supplements, stating that one just had more caffeine than the other. I went in to buy a healthy snack, and was trying to make a decision as to what I wanted to buy; however, instead of the attendant asking me “can I help you”, he asked “was I finished” with the most obnoxious attitude.
