I was helped by Catherine today, and as a local business owner I can say it is truly refreshing to see staff members be so caring, patient, and helpful to customers. I am so impressed by their jewelry selection, it is unique and there is definitely a piece for everyone. Catherine gave me so many beautiful options and I nearly bought them all, it’s like she knew exactly what I was looking for. Not only that but the place is very clean and tidy. Just had the most pleasant experience at the store. I have been gifted a number of items from here over the years and last night I was wearing a newer set of huggy earrings in which unfortunately one fell off in the middle of the evening probably from taking my mask and hat on and off. The sales associate told me that there was a happiness guarantee and sent me on my way with a new pair.
