I had a fantastic experience at Hale today. I had scheduled a first time appointment with Joe for highlights per a friend’s recommendation. I didn’t know what to expect as I have been disappointed by hair stylists many times in the past. Joe really listened to what I said and did exactly what I wanted, which means a lot to me.
