If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This was the most horrific nail salon experience I have ever endured — not just disappointing, but damaging, negligent, and borderline fraudulent.

The technician destroyed my natural nails. I walked in with long, healthy nails and asked for a simple square shape. Instead, she attempted to cut them down to nubs without my consent — an irreversible mistake. She was incredibly rough, cutting my cuticles instead of gently pushing them back, which is basic nail care protocol. No lotion after the pedicure. No attention to hygiene or comfort. Just pure carelessness.

I paid $57 for a basic, non-spa pedicure with regular polish, and then was blindsided with an upcharge of $20 for gel removal — which was originally quoted at $10. They changed the price after the service, a completely dishonest and manipulative move. This is the definition of bait and switch.

It took her 2.5 hours to do a service that should’ve taken no more than 45 minutes. My nails are now visibly damaged, uneven, brittle, and painful. What took years to grow and maintain was wrecked in a single session. It will take months to repair the harm done.

To make matters worse, she demanded a tip at the end — after I was clearly upset and rushed out of the salon. Let’s be clear: a tip is earned through quality service, not something automatically owed just because you wasted my time and ruined my nails.

I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the state board and consulting a lawyer for the physical and financial damage this salon caused. What happened here is unacceptable and potentially actionable.

Today was my first time and the experience was very interesting. As I arrived I chose my services and sat in very comfortable couch and pillow seating. Salon is very comfortable and clean. As I awaited my tech I saw other techs handing their clients the pedicure menu and catering to their clients. I did not receive that treatment, I had to request a pedicure menu. My guess is hispanic girl getting more than the basic pedicure maybe let me not offer the menu. 🤣

I definitely go all out and splurge on self care since as a single mom it’s much needed!

Tech had potential I ask for her to clean up my cuticles a second time she had no problem doing it. She spent time on my pedicure and her massage was very relaxing. Though I think she was the manager or owner and she stepped away often to attend to other customers.

When it came time to polish she changed techs and that tech was amazing with my polish and manicure was amazingly relaxing.

4 out of 5 is what I will give this spot it definitely has potential to do better. I will revisit , I may have found a new spot. But I have to go maybe a few more times to be certain.

This place should not take appointments they're not able to handle! I made an appointment for 4:15 for a gel manicure which said it would take 45 minutes. I was there for 1.5 hours.

They were just way understaffed and kept saying yes to all the walk-ins that came through, which meant I was waiting a LOT. I had to wait for my appointment to get started, then a bunch more for someone to do my removal, then more for someone to come shape my nails...then halfway through that they switched technicians...and then switched again.

They also gave me only 2 books of gel nail colors to choose from and said the other books are all the same thing, but then I saw someone else with two other books with different selections one of which had a color indefinitely would have chosen if I'd seen it.

The staff are pretty nice so it's not a 1-star but everything both took forever and the actual nail treatment felt super rushed and disjointed. Overall pretty disappointed with the experience and would not recommend.
