Heritage 568 Union — Local services in New York

This place was a nightmare! I used to live there, and let me tell you, the staff made my life miserable. The doorman, who was originally from Puerto Rico, had a serious case of jealousy. He couldn't stand the fact that I was doing well for myself at a young age, and he decided to make my life hell by spreading nasty rumors about me to everyone in the building. What a petty, unprofessional creep!

And if that wasn't bad enough, the parking lot manager was a total nightmare too. He was always lurking around, trying to squeeze extra tips out of residents. The whole experience left me feeling violated and disgusted. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

(But hey, at least those two are probably gone now, so maybe it's improved...

I’ve lived at Heatherwood for 2 years now and I truly love this building! The location is amazing, close to the park, restaurants, bars, yoga and gyms, subways but yet far enough removed for quiet at night. The building itself is immaculately kept, the amenities on par with a luxury place, and they do a great job with arranging fun activities for residents. The staff at Heatherwood has been the best at any place I’ve ever lived in. Everyone is helpful, pleasant, cheerful, and quick to respond to any and every concern. I can’t recommend this...

I can't say enough good things about the maintenance, security, and all other staff members that work at 568 Union. Everyone that works here is always on top of every need imaginable. Heatherwood makes it easy for things to be resolved when an issue occurs; on top of it being the cleanest and safest building you can come by.
