For your homegoods or gifting needs (house warming, birthdays, etc), GO to Hudson and Grace on Bleeker Street and ask for John's help. It was a quiet Monday morning when I was wandering around town and I stopped in this quaint homegoods store. They have an AMAZING curation of homegoods and really cater to both the customer who wants a monochromatic or funky, colorful home. I probably chatted with their associate John for over an hour. I felt like I was in a master class! He educated me on the oldest candle company in the world (they sell them) and told me how to burn candles properly. He also guided me through the editorial home books and showed me some incredible inspiration pics. Personally, I have been dragging my feet on home decor (I still have paint chips and wallpaper swatches on my wall) and talking with John really really inspired me to get the ball rolling. I appreciated John because you could tell he loves to connect with people and share his wealth of knowledge. He would definitely be my go to when I need some decor advice.
