Tesla owners be warned... This location is convenient for the Highline park but customer service there was terrible. You should never go to a business feeling like you have to apologize for something you did not do. Long story short, I have a tesla and prior to leaving, I gave them my key card to access the car. In addition, they ask how long you plan on being out. I told the guy 2 hours. I came back in 2 hours. The guy driving my car parks my car and leaves the key in the car and tells me when I came back to pick up the car that I locked the car from my phone (which I can but I did not). He claims he could not move the car due to the car being locked. As I was explaining my case and observing the other tesla's at the garage I noticed they had quite a few. I also noticed that all the car keys were hanging within the employee office. So I asked him why would you leave the key in the car? Instead of giving me an explanation, he insisted on it being me who locked the car from my phone. Traveling from such a far distance and trying to maintain my good day, I held my composure and told him he needs to figure out how to not let this happen again with the likelihood additional tesla owners will be in the garage giving him a key card. Read moreAbsolutely the worst parking garage I’ve ever used in NYC. They broke my keycard and held my car hostage for $80 because they couldn’t move my car even though they still got cars around it. The manager was a rude piece of work and he put his boss on the phone and proceeded to encourage me to call the police. I decided to pay their ransom. Honestly, if they cared at all about what their customers think of them, they could have 1) called me when the card wasn’t working or 2) just explained the situation nicely and just maybe not embarrass me and my family. Apparently these guys are “under new management” and frankly this manager is going to be looking...
