iPerfect Beauty and Spa — Local services in New York

As a personal trainer, I’m always looking for ways to recover smarter and faster. I stopped by iPerfect Beauty and Spa for an EMS session, infrared sauna, and head massage — and honestly, I didn’t expect to love it this much.

The EMS felt like a workout but with zero effort (crazy!), the sauna was super relaxing and felt like my muscles just melted, and that scalp massage… man, I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding up there.

The place is super clean, peaceful, and the staff really know what they’re doing. Not your typical spa — it’s got that real care vibe. Definitely coming back. Probably more often...

Great place for best body treatments. I’m so happy I have discovered it! This place is up to my high standards. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I’ve been visiting them throughout the spring for cavitation and EMShape treatments. I like coming back here because I feel like I’m coming to see my friends. This place gives me good feelings, happy mood and good results. Also I found that prices are reasonable, better than a place I was going to before and the services are excellent! I can’t say enough great things about Elena! She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and really took the time to explain how Emsculpt works and what to expect. The treatment itself was quick, painless, and surprisingly relaxing and I started noticing a firmer, more toned look after just a couple of sessions!
