I worked with Jen for her "beauty refresh" package and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Jen helped me overhaul my entire skincare routine (morning and evening) and my entire makeup routine (from everyday to event) including recommending / purchasing products for me, showing me how to use them, recording videos together so I could refer back later and being super available for follow-up questions and help on text after. I honestly think every woman I know would love this package!

Speaking for myself, I find both skincare and makeup so overwhelming; there is almost too much information and too many products out there and I've just been throwing darts trying to figure out what might be right for me. Jen takes all that uncertainty away! Here's the process for the beauty refresh: First we had a short video call for Jen to understand what I was looking for and how she could help. I immediately trusted her, I love her focus on bringing out natural beauty rather than trying to cover up who you are. She's super organic and honest, and I immediately felt she understood what I was looking for.

Next we met for a ~2 hour session where she looked at all my current products (I sent her pics of them prior to mtg) and we went through my existing routine and then she just played around with my skin trying different products and looks to get a feel for what might work for my skin and my personality / routine

Then she went away and does a bunch of research, gets products she thinks will work and we met again for another ~3 hour session where we went through everything she recommended step by step! That included skincare and makeup (including brushes even), as well as making videos on my cell phone for each bit so I could refer back to it later-- this was SO helpful. Jen also makes a lot of her own products which are awesome, but she doesn't only recommend her own stuff, she really goes with what she thinks will work best for your skin.

Overall, I'm SO glad I found Jen so I could stop spinning my wheels on this! Life is too short to not feel your best and Jen really makes that happen. She is positive, kind and radiates a love for helping people feel their best.

My daughter recently had a skincare and makeup class with Jen and it was the most incredible experience from start to finish. Her communication is outstanding. Prior to scheduling the appointment we had a video meeting so that she could introduce herself, tell me about the variety of classes she offers and to get a better understanding about what my daughter and I were hoping to get from the classes. Once the appointment was scheduled, we continued to communicate over text and email. After the appointment she followed up a few times to see how things were going with my daughter’s skincare and makeup routine and offered to answer any questions that she may have.

My teenaged daughter found the skincare and makeup classes to be extremely beneficial. She was educated about products (what to use and what to stay away from), the importance of having a good skincare routine and how to apply makeup. Jen even made her an instructional video to save and reference when needed in the future. One thing that really stood out to me was that Jen taught my daughter the importance of embracing her natural beauty by using makeup to enhance and highlight her favorite features and to never use makeup as a mask to hide her true self. Words to live by! My daughter left the classes feeling confident, empowered, knowledgeable and looking and feeling absolutely beautiful!

I took my 13 year old in for make up instruction from Jen and she was just what we both needed! Not only is Jen an amazing makeup artist and teacher she is also an amazing human! She was positive and helped teach my daughter that makeup isn’t what makes you beautiful, that comes from within, her words are powerful, positive and encouraging and just what every teenager needs to hear. She is a fantastic makeup artist and teacher, she went over skin care and make up routines and taught my daughter everything she needs to do her own natural, age appropriate makeup. She also taught her some fun extra things she can do with her makeup for fun special occasions, which was really fun for my daughter. Jen was the perfect match for us. She even made a couple of recordings of the routines and steps to my daughter’s new makeup routine so she can refer back to her lesson, which has been so helpful.
