My tenant move out and I need to fix the entire penthouse quickly so I can rent out the condo fast. I went to Home Depot and found out it was very crowed, unable to get any help, price was average. SO, we decided to leave and come back on none weekend. I saw K F Flooring from the parking lot and decided to give it a try. Boy, we are so lucky.

I ask we need floor for two bedrooms and sand down the living room. They immediately called an contractor to come over to the store. I am very surprised, because its Sunday afternoon. Who works on Sunday. We drove back to our penthouse, estimate on the spot. The contractor is very knowledge. He knows what he is doing. We ended up hired him to handle the entire condo. Painting the 18 feet high apartment post a challenge. Install floors, bathroom vanity, electrical works...

Back to K F Flooring, ordering is a walk in the park. Price was very competitive. They are honor owners, we ended up not only getting the floor from them, we got the paints and other items from them instead from Home Depot. We do not even need to pickup or deliver to the condo. The contractor will go there and get them for us.

Today, we went to Home Depot again and got two bathroom vanity. Its very big and heavy. Jack even let us left them in his shop so our contractor can pick them up the next morning. This extra step they did for their customers really make us definitely shop at K F Flooring again and again and again.

I grab a stock of K F Flooring business cards so I can give them to my neighbors.

I just wish I have more house...

Buyers beware!!! WARNING!!! Hello, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to warn you about this store and its employees. While they initially gave a good impression on the shopping day, the opposite was true upon delivery. The day before delivery, I spoke with someone, and we agreed on a SPECIFIC delivery time. However, on the delivery day, they called an hour before our agreed-upon time, telling me that the delivery guy is 5 minutes away, rushing me to pay the balance, and I'm not even there yet!!! That's why I asked them to call me one hour before the delivery, which was agree also on the Day When we both materials! They called every 10 minutes, screaming at me, that I was "wasting their time." They don't know how to act. They don't know how to speak in good matter, no intelligence at all. They showed no respect for customers or their time. The delivery guy was also the problem. He doesn't speak English and Only Knows "give me the money" which I showed him the money, and I said that I need to check the merchandise before I paid, ( I don't want to get delivered broken or cracked tiles or missing merchandise)! But No, with "This People" doesn't work like that!!! I have two guys who unload two pallets before The Delivery Guy Left. I asked him to take it, and he said NO! He just left in the front of the building!!! Please beware!!! If you don't have enough drama in your life, or you want some extra problems, then go to the store and buy from them, otherwise Don't get too close to that store!!! Take your Business somewhere else where You will be respected...

Update: I decided to order floor tiles in 2019 after a reasonably positive experience with their flooring when I purchased in 2018, but the experience this time was very negative when it came to the delivery. The delivery was late by almost two hours and the driver never even bothered to acknowledge this or apologize. Then the driver had a bad attitude when I told him that I wanted the tiles to be stored in my garage, so I ended up having to move tiles myself and the driver did nothing beyond shifting the tiles on the back of the flatbed truck by a few inches. I can already feel the twinge in my back following since I had to move what was likely 300 pounds of tiles by myself. The in store sales experience is decent but the delivery experience is terrible.

Relatively small shop but with good location right next to a Home Depot. It affords customers with on-site parking, this is far more convenient than the shops on College Point Blvd. Good selection of flooring options at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and willing to provide a valuable perspective.
