I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE this place. I've been going to them for over a year. They offer $20 off for first time customers (which is great) and have lower priced lash refills. Whenever I get my lashes done people will ask me where I do I go and I always give them Ele Eyelashes info. The "by appointment only"'policy is so worth it because these ladies know what they're doing. My lashes typically last over four weeks! Sure they shed but, once the four/five week mark hits, my lashes look more and more like my natural lashes. People always ask if they're my natural lashes (which is the goal) LOL. Some say that the price is too high just for a set of eyelashes but think about the quality and how naturally pretty you'll still look! These are waaaayyy better than the stiff wackadoo lashes that you see on some other girls. I keep going here and don't intend to go anywhere else.

AFTER CARE: Typically, you don't wanna wet your eyes/face for the first 24 hours. Try to sleep on a satin pillowcase to reduce friction when you're tossing/turning in your sleep. NO MASCARA!! It'll ruin your lashes and invite so much bacteria.

REFILLS: They have price list for refills. Something like; 2 week refill $60/2 and a half-3 weeks $70/4 weeks or more fresh set (I THINK THATS HOW IT GOES)

FACILITY/SPACE: So clean and so nice. It's larger than the place they moved from. The pics are exactly how they present their place to be. They have a bathroom, sofa and chairs as well as a coat rack. The stations are divided by curtains which creates a cute aesthetic. They sometimes play calming music. I think that's to make you fall asleep lol

TIME: It takes about an hour or more depending on your lash count. It's calming. I always fall asleep

CLEANLINESS: The ladies ALWAYS sanitize their hands before starting on another client (which I appreciate) since they can't wear gloves. They also wipe your eyelids clean to remove and...

Been going here almost 2 years and my lashes used to last me a month or two literally. The quality used to be great and they most definitely seemed nicer. The quality has definitely gone down, my lashes don’t last remotely as long as they used to. I don’t like their new location and they seem to be very passive aggressive and condescending when they handle customers. I’ve been a loyal customer and I’ve brought them new customers. I really used to love them and now I’m just mixy about them. It’s unfortunate that they aren’t as consistent with their quality or customer service. I keep giving them chances but recently they upset me with how they spoke to me in regards to being late once after being on time every other time, she basically told me to be on time or don’t schedule which I felt was kind of obnoxious, especially when I’ve spent literally thousands of dollars at their establishment. The quality needs to go back up, they constantly seem annoyed to do your lashes, I understand they have pricing etc but since day 1 I definitely didn’t and don’t like the fact they shove the pricing list in your face, if you pay with card they’ll definitely take advantage on the tipping aspect. They don’t seem grateful with any tip amount. They always want to be tipped 20 and up which is VERY irking, I’ve had multiple workers there flat out say to me “that’s it?” When I’ve legitimately tipped $30 dollars. However your lashes do look beautiful. Just sucks the quality isn’t the same and they don’t last as long. Go back to the old Ele eyelash. Strongly suggest you work on customer service...
