I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this salon, not only because of their inconsistent pricing but also due to extremely poor customer service.

Previously, I was quoted and confirmed a price of $130 before my appointment. This time, they refused to give me a clear answer and said the price couldn’t be determined until the stylist saw my hair — estimating it would be around $140. This felt like an excuse to charge more. If I showed up and they suddenly raised the price again, I’d be left with no choice but to pay whatever they demanded. That kind of pricing model is simply not ethical.

To make matters worse, their customer service was dismissive and unprofessional. They kept repeating the same script without acknowledging my concerns, and showed no effort to understand the customer’s point of view. When I mentioned I might share my experience in a review, they even threatened to block me.

This is not how any business should treat its clients. I won’t be coming back, and I would caution others to be aware...

I’ve been seeing Seung Hyun Suh and Mr. Han for a while now, and I’m consistently thrilled with the results. They are both incredibly skilled in cut and color, with a truly refined eye for style. Their taste is impeccable and know exactly how to create looks that are modern, elegant, and flattering.

What I appreciate most is how they really take the time to listen, while also bringing their own creative vision and expertise. I always leave the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and put-together and I receive so many compliments on my hair!
