Buddhism is a powerful practice. There are aspects of it that are powerful enough to do great good and great harm. I went to Chogyesa with excitement. The problem is, ‘Zen’ Buddhism practices getting rid of a sense of self. I found it extremely disorienting, and made me feel dissociative.
