Lash Symphony — Local services in New York

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I usually go to the city for my eyelash extensions but I decided to try this place out since it's around the corner from my apartment even though it's more expensive than what I usually pay. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating and the environment is clean. I thought my lashes came out very nice initially but literally half of them fell off 2 hours after my appointment. I did not get them wet, or do anything that would cause them to fall off. Within 24 hours, 75% of the lashes had fallen off. I went back the next day and they were very understanding and accommodating. They immediately put an entire new set of eyelashes on and she even put an additional 10 lashes per each eye and they looked great! But again, within 24 hours 75% of the lashes had fallen off. Typically when I get my lashes done, they last for at least 3 weeks without any of them falling off. I am not even bothering to go back to get them fixed because clearly either the glue or the lashes they use are not the best quality. So generally speaking, the staff was very nice and the place is nice but I suggest not wasting your money because the point of having eyelash extensions is for them to last for at least two weeks minimum...

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review for something and I feel like I need to to warn people. I’m so upset with what happened after my lash lift. This was my first ever (which I noted to the people working there) and there were no questions about what I was looking for or wanted. I figured there must only be one way to do it and proceeded with the process. When I tell you my eyelashes were curled back on themselves like a ringlet curl and not simply crimped or lifted - I was HORRIFIED. I didn’t freak out initially because I was told they would relax after a few days. They did not. Four and a half weeks later and HALF the lashes on my right eye being gone the lashes were still curled back over themselves. They looked scraggly and mangled. Do yourself a favor and go to Lazy Lash up the street. They were so kind and completely fixed my over-curl problem so I can let my lashes grow out. They even gave me a serum to help growth! I went to this eyelash salon a few days ago. I took advantage of the Grand Opening sale and got my first eyelash extension. I don’t know about other lash places, but the bed here is so comfortable. My technician Chloe made me very comfortable and I fell asleep during the procedure. When I peeked into the mirror, my eyes were transformed! My eyes looked so luxurious and this was wonderful.
