LAZ Parking — Local services in New York

The car was fine and it is one of the cheapest garages in the area. But the service is horrible. They took forever to attend to us when we arrived. We saw one of the employees (called Lorenzo) spend more than 15 minutes in a guest's car. He was just there with the car on, wasting someone's gas. In addition, they wanted to charge us 4 days even though our car was there for 3 days. Perhaps it was an honest mistake, but it felt like the employees just wanted to earn a little extra money. Monthly parking for 8+ months now. Easy text message to get the car, and almost always ready on time. Friendly staff. Newer facility, plenty space to maneuver in and out, and rarely over crowded.
