Chapel Deli & Market — Local services in New York

I am writing to express serious concerns about the state of service es at the chapel deli and market. While their quality of food such as sandwiches, salads and smoothies remai. Consistent, the behavior and attitude of some staff members preparing these items has become increasingly unacceptable. Unfortunately, I and others have experienced rudeness, disrespect, and general lack of professionalism from these individuals. In some cases, their behavior has felt ra ially based, which is deeply troubling and entirely unacceptable in today's society pr setting. This points to a serious need for immediate training in customer service. Cultural sensitivity and basic professional conduct. Additionally, pricing seems inconsistent and may warrant a closer review to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers. I urge the management and ownership team to address these issues without delay. I am certain I am not the only customer who has experienced this, and practice attention is necessary before these matters are accurate further or reach levels...

This place is fantastic! Their food menu has so many great options to choose from and is very reasonably priced. The chipotle chicken panini is my personal favorite. The store also has a very wide selection of items for the small space.

My only complaint is that some of the price labels are missing or a bit hard to read, and they also charge a little bit more if you pay by card.

The big positive surprise! I'm sure there are some good Restaurants in the New York area if you have a $100+ budget per person, but otherwise you end up eating sugar and grease in filthy places. Not here! Absolutely clean and everything looks fresh. Had a hot "panini" (the Italians wouldn't call that a panino) and it was the best food I had in the 2 weeks since I arrived in the states.
