Lockwood Style — Local services in New York

Really bad return policy, and they were really bitchy. Horrible people.

They sell clothes that are defective and as soon as the possibility of return is brought up, they start calling their own merchandise “garbage”. I said if they wouldn’t let me exchange then I didn’t want it and just wanted to leave it there since I would just throw it away. They told me to throw it in the trash can outside the store! They also say immature things like they are not responsible because they didn’t “make” the clothes. What store clerk would say that? The bottom line is, they don’t take pride in what they sell.
