BEWARE OF SHOPPING HERE: This store is a BORDERLINE SCAM because NOTHING IS REFUNDABLE (they only offer store credit), and they do not mention this anywhere -- not on their website, not in store, not on the tags, and not when you check out. When you try to return it, they insist that they told you this at checkout. My friend who was there with me at checkout corroborated me -- she did not hear them mention that all sales are final and could only be returned for store credit. When we told them that they did not tell us, they were so rude and tried to gaslight both of us into thinking that we were the ones who did not hear them. I definitely would not have bought several pieces if they told me I couldn’t return for cash.

Several of the cashmere items I bought here also pilled easily. Things might look nice here, but it's definitely not quality controlled.

The store has a beautiful selection of clothing, but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Despite the store being fairly quiet, the staff seemed more focused on their phones and personal conversations than assisting customers. I tried to get help with a vintage coat and a Chloe dress but was unable to get the attention I needed. It’s a shame because I wanted ‘souvenirs’ from my travels to NYC, but the lack of engagement from the staff detracts from the overall shopping experience.
