I've been going to MAD for about 3 months and I love it. I've never been interested in weight training in a gym, partly because I don't really know what I'm doing, and any fitness class I've taken previously that incorporated weights wasn't good about correcting form. Well, no longer! The first ~7 minutes of class is all about explaining each movement and how to properly execute them, and during class the trainers watch and give tips on what to do better. Instead of feeling intimidated by the equipment I feel excited to try it out. The workouts range from tough to omg-I-might-die but they are only around 30 minutes, so they are always doable!
Some tips if you go: Wear the proper footwear (if you're new to weight training like me, get some proper training shoes) Pay close attention in the beginning of class. Some of the intervals and moves can be a bit complicated so those first few minutes are crucial Ask questions! The trainers are there to help you Don't be afraid to grab different weights if what's there is too light or heavy for you Bring lots of water and maybe a towel Take advantage of that sweet $5 intro deal and try out all the formats

Read moreI’m a fitness fanatic and always constantly looking for classes to supplement and change up my gym routine. I’ve been to numerous classes via classpass but MADabolic is a tier above the rest. So much so that I have now purchased multiple packages for their workout classes. The classes are designed in a way to challenge the body but also are appropriate for all fitness levels. The space is great but it’s the trainers and community that make this place shine. Shout out to Brian and Eric! Highly encourage everyone, regardless of fitness level to drop in for a class. I know...
Read moreI've done a month and a half of MADabolic and I am loving it! I have not done any type of class like this consistently and it's been such a rewarding feeling to see myself grow stronger week over week. The format makes the class fly by and it's so helpful that there are different levels to meet everyone where they are at. The results I am seeing are better than other classes I've tried (like Orange Theory for example). I also really appreciate the community feel and the fact that all of the instructors take time to get to know you....
