This is a very cute store, but I feel like I got ripped off. They only issue store credits for returns and no one tells you this when you make a purchase. No one was going to tell me this even while processing my return either. Had I not noticed the associate manually opt out of issuing my refund to my original form of payment and opt into the “gift card” option, I would’ve been watching my credit card statement for a refund that would never come. When I explained that they should really state this policy to customers, the sales associate pointed to where it says this on my receipt—which of course you’d only learn after making a purchase. They also pointed to a hardly legible sign behind the counter that apparently states their store credit only policy. Very disappointed. I left my first visit thinking I’d be a regular customer, but now I feel like I was conned. If you’re going to commit to the harsh store credit only policy, at least make the effort to make people aware of it up front. I probably still would’ve purchased my same items, but at least I would’ve been fully aware of the risk and wouldn’t have left my second visit aggravated and not looking forward to my my forced next visit to spend my...

They have a section just for baby gear, one for "men" (beard hygiene), soaps, a generous section for jewelry, pottery, stationary, cards, and bags. They also have a clearance section at the front for stuff mostly from out of season. A lot of the merchandise are from small, independent companies which I appreciate. There are also sales on jewelry too; just look for the stickers. I definitely recommend this place, even just for window shopping. I would say you are most likely going to walk out with a...
Read moreI get all of my gifts here (and want everything for myself too!). They do an amazing job of curating many unique items in a small space including many items handmade by local artists/jewelers.
This holiday season, I was able to shop for my husband (nice gloves), my friend's daughter (nursery decor), my hipster friend (upcycled vintage goods), my ethical babysitter (fair trade and local goods), and my crafty sister in law (unique sewing craft). All in the...
