Went to mini so for the first time at the tangram mall. It was absolutely terrible customer service.
I was going to purchase a single pen as I saw they were 35% off back to school sale. I waited on line and realized they were full price when she scanned it so I mentioned it to the little Asian lady at the register. She asked a big Hispanic or white girl with blonde hair and a nose piercing and rudely replied " well it's not. So what is the problem? " I kindly informed there was a sign there that said stationery were 35% off and some other back to school supplies. She went to the station. Came back and with an attitude. "I don't see any signs there" and rolled her eyes. I said ok.. well I can show u the sign. U can see it from here.. and she said condescending well it's not on sale anymore. But if the sign is there.. shouldn't you honor it? It was your mistake for keeping it there. When I was the manager of a well known store, it's my responsibilities to switch or remove signs. If it wasn't I had to honor the price for the customers. This is customer service. And customer service is what makes or breaks a business. Anyway, i ended up not purchasing the pen and walked back cause I wanted to take a picture. As soon as I took my phone out the little asian lady comes and snatches the sign away. The worst experience ever. I will NOT BE RECCOMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I asked my sister( who was also at the station) and she mentioned there was a tiny little part of the sign that said it was till August 31. Today is Sept. 3rd... employees are not representing mino so in a positive light for just opening...
Read moreWhen I went to Miniso to return an item today, the manager was very rude. Before I even mentioned the return, he started complaining, saying that many problems were the company's fault and had nothing to do with them, and he couldn’t understand why customers were angry with him. When I said I wanted to return the item, he asked, "Why are you returning it?" I explained that they had changed the price, and I no longer wanted it. He immediately shifted the blame, saying, "That’s the company's decision, we don't know anything about it." After some attempts, he claimed that he couldn't process the refund and told me, "You can stay here all day, but the system won't allow the refund, and there's nothing I can do." I insisted on getting a refund, so he reluctantly made a call to find a solution. Since I paid with Apple Pay, he said the refund had to be made to the original card, but I didn’t have the physical card because I used Apple Pay. He got agitated and said, "No, no, your card number is 0697!" I replied that I had no idea what that card number was about because I used Apple Pay. His attitude was terrible, constantly blaming the system and the company. Meanwhile, a woman named Michelle was very helpful, trying to find a solution by checking the transaction records, while the manager just kept losing his temper, showing no...
Read moreI went to this location today as it was my first time here and I was super excited to shop here. It was very unpleasant, the manager came up to me and asked me in a rude way if I was going to get anything and that I could not drink my drink at the store, I understood the no drinking at the store and stopped as soon as she said so? Obviously i was in the store looking around to buy things as there were many options. Yet she kept looking at me as if I were going to steal or something. I felt really uncomfortable and unwelcomed yet she did not do this to anyone else in the store!!!! She followed me around and all making it very obvious that she was looking at me. Very uncomfortable and nerve wrecking experience for no reason!!!! I ended up quickly grabbing what I wanted and paid and left. Would never go back to this location! Oh and I couldn’t even find a basket to place my things! Feel bad for the people that...
