Moooi New York Brand Store — Local services in New York

A complete nightmare! The worst online shopping experience of my life was with Moooi New York. Delivery was delayed. When the lamp finally arrived it was disappointing because it seems like a cheap product. I have been trying to get the information for return, for two weeks but they refuse to answer me with return address and return forms. I am extremely angry with everyone I have communicated with, and with the lack of respect towards their clients. I still hope to be able to return the lamp and get my almost 700 dollars back....

Terrible. Terrible. I purchased MOOOI light, Heracleum. Transformer went bad. I replaced it now transformer bad again. NO ONE will return a call from the MOOI company. I have tried repeatedly. NO ONE will return call from the NYC store. Tried at least a 12 times. I talked to a lighting store that once carried them, they said the best day they had was when they dropped the MOOOI like. Terrible company. DONOT BUY FROM THEM. Unless of course you are into pain...
