Nati Boutique SoHo — Local services in New York

I was very excited to find Nati on my trip to New York and purchased several items. However, when I got back to California, I wore a sweater I purchased two times and it started unraveling in five different places. I reached out to the store to inquire about a refund and was told they have a 10-day return policy. When I was in NYC, it was hot, so I didn't wear the sweater until after I got home to cooler temperatures. Thus, I didn't wear it until 10 days after purchase. I pushed back and they asked me to send pictures. I did, and was then told that I can only get store credit since it's "worn." I understand typical return policies, but when an item is SUCH poor quality that it's unraveling, I'd expect a store to make an exception. If the customer service were better, I'd be excited to shop here every time I'm in NYC, but now I won't...

I recently visited Nati for the first time, I am a real New yorker. Nati has a great selection very trendy and adorable, I see a lot of reviews saying the staff was rude or pushy, in my experience they were fantastic extremely attentive and i personally love having suggestions.

The price point was maybe $20 bucks over what you’d find in Zara so I think it’s very reasonable because the quality is better!

A lot of these reviews may be from tourist not understanding where they were shopping. The ONLY issue I had ( and it was my issue not the stores ) was I’m a bit bigger than a large, that’s the largest size they had and that’s OK! Amazing Quality and Stellar Staff

I can't recommend Nati Boutique enough! This place is a hidden gem near Los Angeles. The clothes are absolutely top-notch quality. The materials feel fantastic, and the construction is clearly well-done. These are pieces that will definitely last.
