Constant issues with this agency sending in their reps to our building. They have falsely advertised features in multiple buildings in our area in Long Island City and have deceitful marketing tactics.

Remarks such as "You can't use the elevator, I'm showing a unit" or "The amenities are for the owners" have been also said to owners who frankly, are not Asian or Caucasian. When they realize these folks own units in the building, their excuse is saying they thought they were delivery people. Even if they were delivery folk, who are these real estate marketers to be making demeaning and disparaging remarks. We've had horrible experiences with Bianca D'Alessio in particular.
