I had such a good shopping experience at this store. I need running shoes with a wider toe box. The sales person who helped me suggested the Pegasus. I was able to try the regular in store, but the wide had to shipped to me. It arrived within 2 days. Tried it on. Too wide. Returned to the store. Then another sales clerk suggested the Pegasus Plus (?)—basically, the same shoe with a toe box in between the wide and regular. The model happened to be in the men’s section but he unearthed a women’s size for me. This is perfect for me. I want to express my discontent with Allana at this store, I didn’t understand what she said twice and the third time she rudely answered “I said we don’t have this color for the third time”, I apologized for not understanding. I asked another shoe to try and she ignored me, the other girl Suhaily took over and she was a sweetheart (definitely needs a raise after this), when I finished trying and wanted to purchase the shoe, Allana whispered to Suhaily “you do it, I don’t want to talk to her”.
