What an amazing , excellent , welcoming place On Store in Brooklyn Williamsburg is ! The moment I walked in the service that I received by Tyriq was outstanding ,patient, thoughtful , knowledgeable and very kind indeed . The way I was treated and the smile I received from Tyriq was very genuine , honest and not fake for the sake of doing a job . I work in the service industry myself and trust me Tyriq is by far at the top of his game and for sure there is absolutely no better than this young gentlemen . Also have to mention that I insisted on meeting the manager Olvin before I left and I have to truly say I was extremely impressed with the way I was greeted by Olvin and how grateful he was to hear about what I thought about my whole experience in general from top to bottom at the On Store in Williamsburg Brooklyn . As a side note I might mention this is not the first time I have been at the On Store in Williamsburg Brooklyn and I will definitely keep on coming back , which should tell you something !!!! As crazy as it might sound I now how quite a few pairs of On shoes and will keep on buying more as needed and would not dream of going to any other place or to be helped by none other than Tryiq and for sure to make sure I say hello to Olvin the manager before I leave !!!!!!!!! Read moreThe worst store, arrogant, rudest staff in the worst way possible. As soon as I walked in, this person looked at me head to toe. Already a red flag. Then things got more dramatic to the next level. Never in my life to be yelled by an employee saying I don't know what you are talking about. Never again lol I said what she meant between the wide and regular shoes. I told her I know what she meant. She was yelling at me "You don't know what you re talking about?! I said I do. She went on "you don't answer". Well I don't need to explain myself or respond when a rude person approaches me. I asked her a question and she didn't understand. Then she blamed it on me. If this is a professional job for her, then she needs to fix her problems.
She needs to be fired or something. maybe she is racist too because I'm Asian. I told her she was giving me an attitude twice and she couldn't stop acting upset. Is this a flight club? She thinks she wears those shoes and she would win in any situations. It's a job and how to treat people with respect.

Read moreMe and a group of friends came in to see the story for ourselves. We were welcome by the manager or security guard. He was so help in giving us a layout of the store and informed us if we have question to ask. We were amazed of the store so big and full of items. Everyone ask if we needed help. But we notice something weird as we saw all employees hold these device we notice one employee was on their phone. As I pass by this employee I notice they were texting. One of my friends pass by them and they told me they were on tiktok. As we kept looking around we all notice this employee hold their phone to their ear smiling and laughing. before leaving we saw this employee put their phone on top on their device it look like they were pretending to work. Once we left we left we were told have a great day. Over all lovely store except for the fact we saw one employee goofing off on their phone not being aware at all that I snap some picture of them.
