Would like to thank the entire Waterline team for an incredible experience as a renter at Waterline 1. From Leasing & Management (Ari and Aaron), Building and Staff (Alex, Winson, Manny, Justin, Sky, Kevin, Wayne, Dylan, etc.), Waterline Club (AJ, Diamond), even Garage (Mohammed, Fernando, Omar) - the service was impeccable and top-notch. Our building was always incredibly well-maintained, and clean, and we preferred the smaller more intimate feel of W1 where the staff seemed to know each and every resident. The incredible unobstructed river view, unsurpassed amenities, the beautifully landscaped and open outdoor common area and fountain, and the convenience of having Harry's Table for all your fine dining needs makes Waterline a pleasant and luxurious living experience and an oasis from the hustle and bustle...

From the rental process to the move in, my family could not have been more cared for. Ari and Eileen had everything organized and prepared without delay. We were unable to personally view our unit, so videos were sent walk through style. Upon seeing the floor to ceiling views of the Hudson, with top notch amenities and fixtures, we were sold. Move in day was stressful but Alex, Ameal, and Aaron C smoothed out every aspect we could conceive of, and then some. We didn’t even ask, and a courteous offer was provided. I've resided here since the Grand Opening, 5 yrs ago. It's safe & clean for the most part but there is a high turnover of renters. Other than that, Maintenance is quick & accurate; Our Front Desk are professional & kind; And also Management is located in the building next door, for any concerns.
