My rating relates only to the park area. It’s a lovely place for families & kids & we enjoy coming in summer v much. However - I agree with Yvette below re the dog problem. Despite numerous signs (which to be fair aren’t super clear) many people bring dogs - often unleashed - onto Astro turf & even in the kids’ splash areas! Common sense should tell these irresponsible owners that it’s a health & safety risk. Sadly I’ve had numerous encounters requesting they remove their dogs or leash them. Yesterday I called 311 but was told it’s a private development. So Waterline Square owners - PLEASE patrol it! Dog presence is ruining this otherwise great little...

Commendable Concept. Three seperate buildings that become one community by way of the Waterline Club in the center...incredible unprecedented amenities. The apartments are spacious with ample closets. Very comfortable layouts. The construction materials, fixtures and countertops however, are below par. Poor sound insulation between units.heap materials and no sound insulation whatsoever between units.
