I came here the day before Valentine’s Day so I anticipated it’d be busy. I let the representative know I only wanted a cleaning so it wouldn’t be an issue to return another day. He urged it’d only be a 10min wait as they had a quick turnaround system for customers, so I waited. After about 15mins as I was about to exit, they finally called me. The sales woman’s name was Tyra & I informed her I would like a cleaning. She let me know matter of factly, they weren’t doing cleanings today, therefore, I wasted my time. Being that I was already there I decided to get a charm for my bracelet. Tyra gave her input advising I get some bracket links for my bracelet. I politely declined & she continued to press explaining why she felt I needed them. Again, I told her no & redirected her back to what I asked for. Trying to upsell an already visibly irritated customer is antagonizing & simply stupid. She also never acknowledged that her coworker is misinformed telling customers they’re accepting cleaning services. This location has a decent selection of charms & jewelry but I wish I’d gotten a different sales associate.

I’ll be avoiding the location...

I went to this location a week before Christmas to get a gift for my mom and niece. Walked in the store and was greeted nicely by everyone. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

However my girl Mya Outdid herself!!! I had no idea on to get my mom and niece because I feel they have everything Pandora already. Mya was able to offer me a lot of suggestions that I never would have thought off. The best idea was the new personalized charms that you can make. She took her time and walk me through creating each personalized charms. Once I created each charm she utilized the machine and was very patience making sure that each charm came out perfect.

The extraordinary custom service received by Mya was amazing I had to share! Thank you again Mya and both my Mom & Neice loved...

I felt so great walking into this Pandora! This location received me with so much love. Shout out to Rell (for short, can’t remember his name omg) and the general manager too. Of course the team as a whole was amazing and educational. They know their stuff!

I came in there thinking I wasn’t going to find what I liked but they put a smile on my face as soon as I walked in. You don’t often find that type of customer service in many places so having to experience it was amazing.

Sometimes I’ll experience bad customer service off of just window shopping alone because I’ll feel the tension that I have to purchase something but this location definitely made me feel confortable so I will be returning....
