Today I visited this location between 5:30 and 6:00pm. Upon entering there were two staff members present. I was greeted and offered assistance by Ashelyn. Ashelyn assisted me with trying on a few items and also cleaned my pandora ring. The other staff who I learned was the manager named Wanda checked as me if I was okay while Ashelyn stepped away to clean my ring. And I stated I was fine. However during the rest of my time shopping in the store I noticed Wanda would ask Ashelyn if she were okay every 2 to 5 minutes during her assisting me while maintaining her distance at another counter. This felt odd as at the time of the visit I was the only customer in the store until I concluded my purchase at 5:56pm and another set of customers came in and Wanda began to assist them. I felt this experience was unusual and it also felt as if I were being profiled. I returned to the store and made an additional purchase again assisted by Ashleyn and asked if was usual for the checking she was receiving from her manager were normal. Ashelyn said “oh she just was checking to see how I was doing” and I stated every 5 mins? I let her know I wanted to speak to the manager who was identified as Wanda. In speaking with Wanda she apologized stating that” I’m sorry that you felt that way” when I expressed to her what she did and asked for Ashelyn to support her in her explanation of her checking in. Wanda also stated that the managers would also assist the associates with sales when needed. I stated to her not once did she come over during the transaction but stated at the counter behind us asking how she was doing every 2 to 5 minutes. I expressed to her when she has customers and they are coming in from all walks of life that did not read well. Wanda again stated “I’m sorry you felt that way” and then stated that the location has only been open for two years. I have visited this location previously and it has been open longer than two years. While I was serviced I feel I was profiled and do not recommend for customers to shop at this location. Read moreI walked into this location on Thursday with my daughter and no one greets you. We walked around looking at a few charms and jewelry and still not one person acknowledged us. We were never even asked if we needed assistance. A sales person bumped me by accident and apologized but still didn’t even asked if we needed assistance. After browsing for about 10 to 12 minutes we left. Poor customer service. Granted there are guests in the store you want to make a sale with, however there are other guests that also walk in to purchase. So the one customer at a time to deal with rule is very shabby. Didn’t even get a chance to ask for what were came to look for or anything.

Not helpful at all and they let me standing at the counter even though I asked for help. There are enough other options to buy something nice in NYC.
