Can't say enough about the customer service here. As soccer fans, we went in just to check out what they offer and see what the store was about. My son ended up finding a pair of cleats that he'd been looking for on various on-line sites but had been sold out everywhere. The staff was super friendly, laid back, and not at all pushy. Such a pleasant surprise from a store on Times Square, of all places. Even better...the price of the cleats was comparable to what we were seeing online. Fast forward 2 months, and the expensive cleats tear under regular play conditions. Not cool, given that we paid $300+. I contact Adidas because we're outside the 30 day return for the store but inside the 6 month Adidas warranty. Adidas says they'll consider a replacement pair if I can supply the receipt. Unfortunately, the receipt had been thrown away. I call the store and speak to the kindest associate who says due to the computer system they use, he can only supply a replacement receipt within 30 days. But he says I should call back the next day and speak to the store manager, who he is sure will find a way to help me out. I call the next day and the manager, Bradley, listens intently to what's happened. I supply the date, time, and amount of transaction, along with the card # I used to make the purchase. Within 30 min I received an email with a copy of my receipt! What a refreshing customer service experience! Now to see what Adidas does... Either way, we'll definitely be shopping at Pele Soccer (in person and on-line)...

A must visit spot for all football fans. I’m giving this a 4 star rating though, because of a recent incident I had here. For the World Cup 2022, the store had almost every single team. I decided to get the Portugal jersey and engrave it with a personal customization. We asked the man at the counter if he can do it, and he said yes. We thought it was done properly and did not check to see the final result until we got home. When we got home we were terrified to see that the last letter was not centered and far away from the name. It was an awful job, and was extremely noticeable. We decided to take the train back into the city to return it the next day. When we got their the manager wasn’t that helpful at first saying that he couldn’t do anything because it was customized and that he couldn’t give us a re-fund but he saw that we were extremely upset and frustrated and ended up re-doing the customization on a new shirt. In the end please make sure that if you get a jersey customized, it’s done properly. It was our fault for not checking sooner and seeing the major error. Last Thursday aka Black Friday me, my mom and sister went to the store and my mom got me a Manchester United jersey and a jacket as well, and the guy name Alydios was so nice he helped us and he went out of his way to cut the price of the Jersey and jacket off and give it to me me $90 dollars and he put my favorite player Bruno Fernandes on the jersey and he taught me how to work the machine and said to me it was magic and I was nervous and I wasn’t sure what I was doing and everything was great and we talked about the time that I went to old Trafford stadium and we also talked about family tree of ancestors and everything was excellent and I will be glad going back again in this store maybe Summer 2025.
