I was here this morning , shopping around while a worker was harassing me the whole time. She offered me a basket, and I told her I was okay without one. I went to see a snow globe, and the worker was following me around. I decided to pick one up that was inside a box and open it to make sure it wasnโt damaged. The same worker ran over and told me I couldnโt open it. I only opened it to make sure there was nothing wrong with the snow globe inside. She then asked me if I needed a basket again when I had already told her I DO NOT! So I left all of the items I was going to purchase and left the store; I couldnโt tolerate this. That made me extremely upset and uncomfortable. Being followed around and being asked if I need a basket constantly made me feel like I was committing a crime. It just made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable. Iโve seen other reviews with similar experiences, and I canโt believe management isnโt doing anything to fix this issue. ย ย ย Read moreI want to give a shout out to employees at this location especially Jahmier L. My family and I walked into the store being welcomed. I like how everything was organized and clean. My son and I were very intrigued by a product called Speck. Jahmier took upon himself to explain the product in details. He went above and beyondy expectations especially professionalism and very respectful not only to me but to other customers that came upon the product. I can definitely see how proud he is to be working at your store. He shows an amazing work ethic. I really hope that he excels to the next level at your location. He really sold this product and will be introducing it into my school tomorrow.

While I was present excited to be shopping, I overheard two female employees making inappropriate and disparaging remarks about a Black customer. The conversation had clear racist undertones, and one of the employees even used a racial slur.
