Enjoyed the first two hydrafacials with Stella. Went today for another and they asked me if I would mind having Emma/Emily do the facial and sadly she was bad. Very unskilled and needs more training. She steamed my face again after she already did that and did extracting of my nose then she starts up the steamer again later to do the same thing. She was torturing my nose until I asked her if she would do the extraction to any other part of my face which is when she acted like she wasn’t sure if I wanted her to do so. She didn’t massage the décolletage area or shoulders and neck and her face massage after the mask which is usually the very last part was barely done and it felt like she was doing slapping motions. When I complained to her about the lack of massage she said everyone is different and that she had to take more time with extracting the very thing I asked her to do as she was skipping it. Worst facial ever. Then she has the nerve to ask if I was going to make a future appointment and how was I paying for the tip after she knew I was unsatisfied. This place is the real deal. I usually get my hydrafacials from my plastic surgeon’s office by an RN (I think). I’ve had my nose done twice and need aestheticians to be careful in that area as it’s sensitive. However, it is also the place that needs to be paid most attention to as a lot of gunk blackheads and whiteheads tends to build up in that area and I don’t like to extract or manipulate the skin around my nose because I’m fearful it will change my rhinoplasty result (real or not real I still worry about it). I came here for a hydra facial and was pleasantly surprised the aesthetician who did my facial was extremely gentle, but was able to extract all the gunk on my nose and around my nose, which was surprising. I had read one review on here that said something about them being too aggressive, but I was not my experience at all. Red bruises all over my face (scarring) after Hydrafacial. I have never experienced any redness after Hydrafacial up until now. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very bad experience. They lure you with free facial offers in exchange for good reviews. Ruined my face completely. Inexperienced staff who do not know how to use the hydra facial equipment.
