Working with Shun from Relo Redac has been the most pleasent experience of searching/finding an apartment in NYC (which, most of the time is quite a nightmare). He was very professional and responsive, addressing all the questions and concerns within hours. I moved out from one of their management properties over 3 months ago, and still haven't received my security deposit back. If you are thinking about renting a property that uses Relo Redac as management, I would avoid that property at all costs. Their staff is super unresponsive and unhelpful.

Update: Relo Redac sent me the incorrect amount back for my security deposit due to the mismanagement of the agent and the accounting department. At this point, I am not sure if I'm being straight up lied to or if this business is so poorly run they can't keep track of...
