I went there for a full balayage, haircut, conditioning treatment but he said my hair is healthy but little thin and if I do the balayage, I will have to bleach my hair and it would start breaking my hair and be badly damaged. I agreed with him and was happy of him being honest but since I booked a 2 hour slot and was not getting balayage I decided to help him to get my haircut with conditioning treatment which was supposed to make my hair softer and some layers to my hair which he said will give me a good look. However, after waiting for 35 minutes because he decided to do his coworker's hair first, I was very unhappy with my hair. He literally spent 5 minutes for my haircut and my hair looks exactly same as I went in the "threading place" Mind you it's nit a real hair salon, it's a threading place. He just used razor to give me some layer in the front and as he started drying, he was talking to his friend the entire time in his language which made me feel like he was talking about me. My bottom part of my hair was getting in the dryer from the back of the dryer and he was still looking at his friend and didn't even notice that. Really rough with hair while shampoo or drying. After the conditioning treatment, my hair felt really rough instead of being softer. And after my drying was done, he started to curl my hair as if I was going to some party even without letting me know for which I stopped him and said, i don't like curls and asked to stop doing it. All of a sudden, he straightened the front part that he curled and left right away. My hair was still wet at the bottom and my shirt was wet in the back. Finally, after he was done he left and went to continue talking to his friend and I stayed at the chair, thinking he is going to come back and continue with my hair but he came back after 5 minutes saying if You are comfortable come back in few days to color. I showed a face of dissatisfaction to him and he went to the desk waiting for me to pay. I completely hated what he did with no changes to my look but my hair feeling more rough and pricky after the conditioning treatment which was worth 70$. No conversation of even asking if I was happy and said the haircut would change my look but it looked the same. Would never go back and would not...

He is nice man and his haircut is great. But I had very bad experience with my hair color. I asked for brown color, first he put the right color but it didn’t come out fully. 2nd time when he put color, he put the wrong color, he put burgundy. How come you run a hair salon and put wrong color on your customer? Back to story, he told me to rest my hair and come back next day he will fix the color. I go back next day and he said he put toner on my hair even though I was getting a little bleach smell and my scalp started burning. Then he washed my hair to apply the brown color. He had no water temperature sense at all. He started washing with very hot water, then when I told him he put literally cold water on my hair. After that when I touched my hair it was rough, dry and frizzy; remind you my hair is not like that at all. He said he will deep condition and it will be good. I told him I don’t want him to put anymore chemical at all. So I was stuck with that burgundy color and left that salon. When I took shower at night time, I literally cried touching my hair. It’s rough like rugs and very frizzy. I can’t even comb my hair properly, this is how weird my hair is right now. I regret going to this salon. I made an appointment for Thursday to 5:30 pm per the salon’s request as my highlights would take time. I left my job at 5 to arrive on time only to get there to find the colorist starting a full set of highlights on another customer. When I told him that I had made an appointment at a specific time, he said that I had to wait as everyone waits at doctors offices etc. what’s so astonishing is that the man is clueless the value of other peoples time. Should he need extra time to finish his previous client, I would have arrived later and not leave my work early. In fact, he shouldn't book multiple people at the same time, that's disrespectful.
