Absolutely terrible service. The in-store experience is the worst. I have been multiple times to try and get the rest of the order for a renovation project to be complete. Each department (e.g. door/cabinet hardware) is covered by one person. There are no prices anywhere, so you have to find that person to ask them a simple question about a price. If they are with a customer, then you may wait for up to 40 minutes, which happened to me multiple times, so you can ask something as simple as a price of a sink.
We unfortunately made a large order of thousands of dollars and it has now been 3 months and we still do not have everything. Expect to follow up by email and phone for months to get them to get you a full order that you already paid for. I email 2x a week, every week. It is still not resolved, which is why I'm now sharing a public review. I hate to say it but I got much better service from websites like Build dot com and for the same custom and made-to-order items. If they want to survive the coming years, they absolutely have to prioritize customer service. People can simply walk in, see products and order them online from somewhere else. I spent mid-5 figures on a renovation for my small bathroom. All my plumbing materials were purchased from Simons. The shower plumbing (diverter and temperature control) does not work properly. My shower temperature is scalding at its lowest temps and my water flow is weak at best. The manufacturer was difficult to work with to get any corrections. Simons served as an intermediary to communicate but refused to take any responsibility for selling an inferior product. They would not come to my home (4 blocks from the showroom) to assess the problems nor would they advocate for getting the manufacturer's rep to come to me. I was told by the sales person that based on my experience, they may stop selling this line. How does that solve my problem? At a minimum, I believe that Simons should have assessed the issue and offered to replace the defective parts with those of another manufacturer's parts with a credit. I got nothing but 'sorry'...

You have to walk around like a toddler looking for someones attention. There is alot of people there but they are all busy with something. I ended up getting help from someone bought $2,000 worth of door handles and it is arguably my most regretful purchase to date. Overpriced balwin handles that doesnt even work properly - I cant believe I willingly spent my money with these crooks. I highly suggest you order from online so you dont pay their high marked up prices or find another store to shop from - I learned my lesson.
