Our team ordered lunch here today (via Grubhub). It was great!

Because we have a pretty large group (10), we usually ask to label our orders by name in "Special Instructions" - but we don't always expect that service because it can be time-consuming for the restaurant.

However, not only did the team here label our food, but they packaged each person's orders separately! We really appreciate the extra effort because it saved us a lot of time in sorting our lunches, but we also acknowledge that it is not easy to deliver 10 meals that are individually packaged (as this means more delivery bags since you're not combining items based on shape/size).

Also, we alloted an hour for delivery since our lunch order was big, and they indeed delivered it within the time we predicted - but they still apologized for a delay, which there really wasn't! We understand that larger orders need more in-advance notice and appreciate the effort in expediting ours :)

With that said, the food was fresh and everyone enjoyed their meals. I particularly would like to recommend the goat cheese salad - those pita wedges with goat cheese and carmelized onions were delicious, and the light lemon honey dressing was the perfect pairing for all the flavors! I added lamb to mine and the meat was tender and well-seasoned.

Thank you to the Pita & Beyond team for going above and beyond for our order today. We look forward to including this venue in our team lunch rotation list!

I highly recommend your next meal come from Pita & Beyond / Pita Grill...

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the place did not have the AC on despite the temperature outside hovering in the high 80s. I was about to leave when I noticed the two ceiling fans. Not the best, but I was already inside, and the place looked clean. So I sat down under one of them.

I ordered the Lamb Shawarma platter priced at 15 bucks. Reasonable for Murray Hill. The service was fast and friendly. A pleasant experience so far. My day changed once I saw what looked like a round piece of toasted wonder bread next to my plate. I pointed at this puff of lukewarm bread and asked in Spanish lo que era? Pita was the reply. The fact that the staff speaks Spanish speaks volumes. Another look at the menu shows they also serve fish tacos. I thought maybe middle eastern food was the wrong choice. The meal left little doubt.

The Hummus was mid-level at best. The salad was most likely prepared someplace else. The meat, while nicely seasoned, was overcooked.

I won't be coming back, but should you find yourself inside with a menu in your hand, try the fish tacos or,...

Our family recently hosted a retirement party for my sister at this restaurant, and I must say, the service was absolutely outstanding—the best I have ever experienced! We had a group of about 35 people, and from start to finish, everything was seamless.

The manager, Juan, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He allowed us to come in and decorate, and his staff immediately stepped in to assist without us even having to ask. They helped move tables, set up tablecloths and chair covers, and ensured everything was just as we envisioned.

Throughout our 3-hour buffet-style dinner, the service was impeccable. We never had to ask for anything—the staff was attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. The drinks were delicious, and the food was equally amazing.

Thanks to Juan and his wonderful team, my sister’s retirement celebration was truly memorable. From the Dumas family, we sincerely thank you for making this event so special. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for top-notch service and an...

I gave them an extra star for presentation, but this meal is mostly inedible. I ordered lamb, but it tastes like cheap, gristly, beef. The rice is oversalted and the hummus tastes sour. I'm not sure if it's spoiled but I'm not chancing it. I'm glad it came with tabbouleh and pita, that's all i was able to salvage from this plate.
